Due to the digital nature and instant access to website templates and business resources provided by Livi Creative, LLC, we cannot offer any refunds.

If your semi-brand collection, implementation add-on services, or Livi Creative Co. LLC studio service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered with 7 days of purchase. If the service you purchased has already entered the pipeline for Livi Creative, LLC OR if it has been more than 7 days post-purchase, refunds cannot be issued.
